Self-host looks free until salaries. Dextersoft looks like a subscription until you count the engineer you did not hire.

ERPNext loans are a starting point you will customise. Dextersoft Loan Management is a licensed product with optional deduction and risk bridges.
Can we migrate from ERPNext?
Opening balances and CSV. There is no Frappe fixture importer as a product.
