Dextersoft

Best ERP system in Kenya

Nairobi teams are spoilt for choice: SAP Business One partners, Odoo, Xero for books, and a till that never posts. Dextersoft is for companies that want one tenant and to pay only for the apps they touch—especially if they also run a lending or multi-country African operation that those suites treat as an afterthought.

Local fit

KES is supported. eTIMS / KRA invoicing is not a built-in fiscal pack. Treat Dextersoft as ERP for ledger, pay, pipeline, and loans; keep KRA device or eTIMS obligations with certified vendors. That honesty is the opposite of a “we do all of Kenya tax” landing page.

Growing SMEs, SACCOs and lenders, and regional HQs that already live in English and shillings.

Why teams look here

  • Shilling books and optional POS
  • Loan and risk apps if you lend
  • Leads when sales is still a pipeline, not a full CRM
  • No per-user Odoo-style meter unless you later add seats inside an app

Questions people ask

Does Dextersoft speak eTIMS?

Not as a marketed KRA fiscal module. Operational data lives in accounting and POS; eTIMS stays with certified invoicing channels.

Is this cheaper than SAP Business One in Kenya?

Business One is a partner-led mid-market suite. Dextersoft is per-app SaaS. Mid-market manufacturers that need shop-floor B1 should stay on SAP. Services and lenders often should not.

Can we start with accounting and add payroll later?

Yes. That is the licensing model. You do not buy a Kenya SKU that includes modules you will never open.
