Dextersoft
Best ERP for microfinance lenders
Most “ERPs” dump lenders into a custom project: stretch accounting dimensions into a loan book, then email Excel stop-orders to employers. Dextersoft treats lending as a licensed app—origination, disbursement, collections—with optional Payroll Deductions and Risk Intelligence instead of a one-off core.
Who it is for
MFIs, SACCOs, and commercial lenders that collect via employers or need KYC-style screening next to the book.
License Loan Management for the book. Add Deductions when employers are the collection rail (common in Zimbabwe and similar markets). Add Risk when onboarding must hit watchlists. Accounting stays the ledger; you do not pretend a GL is a loan subledger.
What you license
- Loan lifecycle in one app, not a spreadsheet
- Employer deduction instruction exchange
- Name screening and investigations when you license Risk
- Accounting and payroll in the same company tenant

Questions people ask
Is this a core banking system?
No. It is loan operations ERP for non-bank credit. If you need a full CBS with RTGS and card issuing, look elsewhere.
Can we do employer stop-orders?
Payroll Deductions is built for multi-employer instruction batches and remittance files. That is a first-class path, not a report dump.
What about AML screening?
Risk Intelligence is a separate licensed app for name checks, watchlists, and investigations.
